Tinkerer

Tinkerer is the game i've dreamed of playing: the factory automation of Factorio but within each machine you find a puzzle in the style of Opus Magnum (or Spacechem). 

Use towers, swords and guns to defend yourself against hordes of enemies (and solve their puzzles to make them go faster!)

This, while in a 3d world mixed with 2d elements, and some platforming and exploration from the likes of Cassette Beasts.
